Introducing Stewart Louis and At Your Service Repairs
​
At Your Service Repairs has been providing condominium, townhouse, and home repair and renovation services in Calgary for the past 20 years. With his experience as a general contractor, Stewart also has contacts with many trades that would be beneficial with the repairs and maintenance of the facility. In his off time, Stewart is an avid outdoor person, kayaker, fisherman and skier.

Owner requests for personal services:

Owners will download and complete a Requisition Form and email it to sblouis@shaw.ca.

At Your Service will respond by email, telephone, or text and set up an appointment to meet & review the Scope of Work.

Owner will approve &/or not approve the Scope of Work, schedule, and budget cost.

At Your Service will invoice the Owner upon completion (or whatever terms agreed upon) and Owner will pay with cash, cheque, or EFT.
IN THE EVENT OF AN EMERGENCY, PLEASE CALL 911. THIS INCLUDES SECURITY ISSUES!

The Facilities Committee is changing to better oversee Condo operations, provide a dedicated resource for Owner in house issues and provide for improved interaction between Owners and the Board. The Facilities Committee can be reached by contacting Charter Management.
