Friendly Reminder regarding Thermostats and exhaust fans in parkades, front entries, storage and garbage rooms.

Charter Property Management, our trades, the Board and our Facilities Committee are doing everything we can to support optimal efficiencies for our buildings. PLEASE DO NOT adjust temperature or fan controls in any of the above noted areas.

Thank you!

GARBAGE AREA REMINDER - AGAIN!

August 19/19

As we have reminded all Owners multiple times, ALL CARDBOARD NEEDS TO BE BROKEN DOWN before putting it into the recycle bins.

As you can see by the photo below, it has now gotten to the point where BluPlanet, our partner for recycling will be charging us additional fees if this continues. What does this potentially mean? Obviously if our costs increase, so do our monthly condo fees so please....take the extra step to break down the cardboard and flatten it so it fits into the bins better.

Thank you in advance for your assistance in this extremely important but easy to handle matter.

Charter Property Management update August 27, 2019

By now you should have received your first e-mail from them with instructions for the pre-authorized payment for your condo fees. If you haven’t seen their email please check your junk or spam folder and send Charter an email to request the form at CQP@charterpm.ca . This information is NOT transferrable from Emerald to Charter, so please send it in as quickly as possible.

The website portal is also up and running for owners. Please be sure to complete your registration so you can access documents, report maintenance items and check notifications. https://caliber.cloud/CaliberWeb2_CHRT#

FYI: If the email was in your junk folder you can add @charterpm.ca to your Safe Sender List.

The instruction link to do that is:

For all other issues that are an emergency, including issues associated with water or heat in your home, please call 587-318-0798 and press 5 for an emergency team member.

Thank you from Charter Property Management!

AGM - QUICK UPDATES

May 28, 2019

On behalf of your Board of Directors, we would like to thank all the Owners that attended last night's AGM. Obviously it is very important to have all of you provide input and direction so that your Board can work on your behalf.

Over the next couple of days and weeks, keep your eyes on this space as we update you on follow up from the AGM. At this time, the Board would like to again publicly thank 2 of our Directors who are moving on.

  1. Glen Deibert from Remington has been on the Board since the start of the project and building stage. He's been key to Champagne in using his knowledge of the project and in working with his Trade contacts to get things done. Thanks Glen for your time and commitment and we know you are only a phone call away.

  2. Peter Krenkel has served on your Board for the last 2 years and has been integral in better understanding one of our largest expenses...energy/utilities. Peter's dedication and ability to drill down into the details have brought us all a better understanding of all energy costs. Peter, on behalf of your friends on the Board, enjoy life!

  3.

To our new Board members, Jaye Pye and Dave Martin, welcome aboard, thank you for stepping up and we look forward to your ideas and to having you getting involved.

As we do up the minutes, the notes and those "To Do's", we will endeavor to keep you updated on those things important to you. We ask that you keep your eyes here on the website and remind all of you that as of July 1, 2019 there are significant changes to the Alberta Condo Act coming into effect.

In closing, one of the "asks" last night was that the Stantec Reserve Study be placed on our website. Here it is for you to download and read over. If you wish to view online, click on the "pop out arrow" on the left side of the document and it should open up for you in a new window or tab.
